Fifteen years of blending glass & steel with brick & mortar - here's what we've been up to
Toronto Financial District
47-storey mixed-use tower that honestly gave us some sleepless nights - but worth every hour. The podium integration with the subway entrance was a puzzle we're pretty proud of solving.
Distillery District, Toronto
1889 warehouse conversion into 32 residential units - this one's close to our hearts. Spent months convincing the heritage board that you can preserve character while adding modern necessities like, y'know, actual insulation.
Waterfront, Toronto
Twin 38-storey residential towers where we managed to get lake views for 87% of units - yeah, we did the math. The rooftop amenity space has become Instagram-famous, apparently.
West Toronto
Mixed-use development that brought together retail, office, and community space - neighborhood fought us initially, now they can't imagine it not being there. That's the kind of transformation we live for.
Downtown Hamilton
1912 Beaux-Arts building that was literally crumbling. Two-year restoration turned it into a boutique hotel & event space. Original marble staircases are still there - we just had to convince them to stay standing.
Various Toronto Locations
Series of 15 laneway homes across Toronto - compact, efficient, and proving that small spaces don't mean small living. Each one's unique 'cause every alley presents its own weird challenges.
Mississauga
Two 28-storey office towers connected by that suspended skybridge everyone takes selfies on. The structural engineering was insane - but hey, that's what makes coming to work interesting. LEED Platinum certified, too.
Liberty Village, Toronto
Old textile factory that sat empty for decades. Kept the exposed brick, massive timber beams, and industrial windows - just added the minor details like bathrooms and kitchens. 24 units that sold out before we finished construction.
King West, Toronto
42-storey tower with retail at grade, offices mid-rise, and condos up top. The facade lighting changes based on air quality data - bit of tech integration that actually serves a purpose beyond looking cool (though it does that too).
Let's talk about what we can build together - whether it's from scratch or bringing old bones back to life
